Family-owned and operated for over 19 years, Carters Audio Video is built on family values with a team that cares about your needs. We started in 2000 working closely with churches for all of their media applications. As technology has continued to grow, we expanded into commercial and home audio/video in 2006. Since that time we have continued to add to our expertise including home automation, video streaming, security, and more.  Our team works hard to stay “up to speed” on the latest equipment and innovations by attending national conferences and product training.

Owners Jeff and Heather Carter take their position very seriously and always work hard to put customer service first. They have been on mission trips, worked with local pastors, and enjoy having the opportunity to serve the community in business and non-profit organizations. In the summer of 2015, the Carters relocated to Rogers to expand the business into the northwest Arkansas area.

Heather Carter has worked with local worship teams and been a worship leader for the past 10 years and has her Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from UAFS. Heather oversees all business operations, ordering, customer service, marketing, and sales.

 Jeff Carter is one of the top AV specialists in the area, with over 17 years designing, installing, and training for systems in churches, homes and commercial offices. Jeff focuses on system design, project management, and training. He graduated from film school in 2011 adding this expertise to his resume. Jeff works on all of our custom designs, researches new technology, chooses our products based on customer needs, and trains staff.

Steve Chronister – General Manager

We were so pleased to add Stephen Chronister to our staff as Business Manager in January of 2017. Stephen has many years of experience in customer service, business, technology, and staff management.
